Candidate for DeKalb County Commissioner, District 3
I’m a 15-year DeKalb resident, small business owner, and lifelong public servant committed to building a safer, healthier, and more inclusive community. With a background in social work, healthcare advocacy, and local government, I’ve spent my career fighting for families, seniors, and underserved communities.
As the owner of CareEnsured LLC, I help ensure our elders receive the care and dignity they deserve. As a father and community leader, I’m deeply invested in affordable housing, youth mentorship, public safety, and equitable access to healthcare.
Born in Atlanta and raised in Avondale, my journey started at Briar Vista Elementary — and today, I’m running to give back to the community that raised me. Together, we can create a DeKalb that works for everyone.

Meet Andre
Leading the customer service team at Rockdale County, my focus on high-quality service delivery and utility billing management reflects a deep-seated commitment to constituent satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, my expertise in customer experience and service management has been pivotal in enhancing revenue recovery while upholding positive customer relations.
The drive for community engagement and sustainable growth, honed over my tenure with Rockdale County, has enabled me to adeptly manage American Rescue Plan Funds and foster robust community participation. Working alongside state and federal delegations, our collective efforts have secured vital resources, reinforcing my dedication to strategic advocacy and the well-being of our residents.
